The service and quality of the trophy is excellent. However, I was disgusted with the price of the postage to Northern Ireland. We are part of the British Isles. Postage to Northern Ireland from Great Britain is the same as within the mainland. But instead of paying £6.95, I paid £18. I would have to think twice about another order.

The goods were dispatched by our courier service, one of the UK’s leading logistics companies, who as with all couriers unfortunately have to charge a premium to delivery to Northern Ireland. We simply pass the cost of this onto our customers. We do agree that the cost to delivery to Northern Ireland is high, and we are always on the lookout for suitable alternatives, however we have yet to find a courier firm that can offer the same high levels of service at a cheaper price.
