got exactly what I ordered and was pleased...rushed it to me as i was late in ordering...customer service was second to none...couldn't have been more helpful...the lady I spoke to went over and above normal customer service to help me even though it was only a small purchase which proves they care about every customer...I am a landlady of a public house and pride myself in high standards of customer service myself which you don't get everywhere anymore...so was really happy to find that this company has the same high standards...the lady I dealt with would be as asset to any customer service business and I hope she is well respected in her role ...

This is a great buy for any occasion and has many different choice of trophies, I bought these as a keep sake for my daughter and her friends for there great efforts in a carnival, but they could represent any occasion, the girls were tickled pink and delighted, and it was all achieved for a very reasonable price, the service is excellent. I will defiantly be keeping this company in my favorites for future occasions :)

We ordered the trophies for school and they were with us within the week. The whole delivery was really well packaged. Each trophy was perfect and engraved exactly as we had requested. All in all an excellent service. Thank you.
