Nice box and medal fitted in well but the box would not close when the ribbon was attached which was a shame. perhaps you could make a box which would fit the medal and ribbon.

Thank you for your feedback however unfortunately medal presentation boxes are not designed for medals with ribbons attached. We have taken you feedback on board and a note explaining this has been added to all the relevant product descriptions.
