My order arrived yesterday (Wednesday) as promised and I would like to congratulate you on the excellent service I have received from your company. Your web site is easy to use and when I made an enquiry regarding an item I'd forgotten to add it was no problem for your staff to attend to this for me. Also your communication regarding the order status is suberb. In this current era I don't often find a company that looks after it's customers so well.

Order received this evening around 5.30pm. Thanks! Now time for the feedback:
1. Medals-Very good...not as big as I expected but very good!
2. Mini satin gold trophy replicas (A1045A)-only half replicas...no back end...a little disappinted!
3. The main trophy...A1045H...I like very much...the plate is a bit wonky on the front but it looks real impressive...thought it would be a bit heavier but it's a good looking trophy nonetheless!
4. Alison's determination to seal a deal when she realised I was planning on adding something on to an order already ready for dispatch...very impressive...you should be on the apprentice!
5. Customer service...very impressive...kept in touch with the customer at all times and I always had an idea where my delivery was...thanks. That's all. Asad - Hounslow, 04/02/2010
