4 out of 5 Great design - bit fragile tho' We ordered 15 of these for a Staff Conference. They were really appreciated by the people who got them, as being something a bit out of the ordinary. However, 2 of the stars had snapped off in transit so we've had to get them replaced but the customer service relating to the replacement has been great.
