Royal mail lost my order around the Christmas period and Trophystore were fabulous at re-engraving a new trophy for me and sending it via courier. I needed it by a specific day and they were even able to speed up the proceed to get it made and shipped on the same day so that it would meet my deadline. Would highly recommend!
