Great Product and Customer Service
I placed an order with a tight deadline, they called me to let me know it may not be possible to reach the deadline with the order I made and helped me choose an alternative so that it would arrive in time. I actually ended up getting something slightly cheaper which shows they care more about pleasing there customers than profiting. I will use them again! Great customer service, they did their best to meet my target, the product was beautiful. Very pleased with the customer service from Chris who seemed to genuinely care in helping me out. The craftsmanship is beautiful. Thanks guys, You are definitely recommended by me.

Fantastic little medal, brilliant engraving and the fact you can order just 2 was exactly what I needed. The order process is simple and the ability to track it too makes the whole process seem really professional. I’m organising another run soon and will definitely be using The Trophy Store again.

Brillant
Ordered 2 sunflower trophys for children in a sun flower growing compition. Was over the moon with them. Loved them. Also click and collect I picked my parcel up from matalan. So much more safer in this currunt climate. And very very quick I was amazed thank you so much
