Football trophies

Exceptional customer service.
They kept me posted every step of the way. My nephew loved his tankard which I'd purchased for his 18th. I did ask for a gift card but they got in touch to say that this wasn't a service they provided when they could have just ignored the request. The lady who spoke to me was extremely polite!
