Good Quality, Accommodating

Great Service from Real People

I've used Trophy Store on several occasions to purchase trophies for a chess league. Most times my requested engravings are longer than their website copes with and I have to send an email to explain my intentions. Trophy Store have always been very accommodating about this. Moreover, the range of choice is excellent and the products are competitively priced and speedily delivered. I recently purchased a crystal column trophy from TrophyStore. I am thrilled with the quality of it and was very pleased with the service and speed. I had a few queries and wanted an extra engraving plate on the base. They were very helpful on the phone. They were able to provide different fonts and different size text on the different plates. The trophy then arrived ahead of schedule less than a week later. It was very well packaged and it looks terrific. I am very pleased.

Children's running Medals

The Trophy Store were brilliant. I had organised a running event for children that required medals. I ordered the medals (as I always do) with this company and they were delievered on time. When I made enquires regarding my order they were very professional and extremely helpful. The medals are always of a high standard and the engraving is very good vaule for money. The children were very proud of their medals and I will always use this company for all my medals.

Exceptional Value and Service

I bought 4 trophies for my kids to mark school sports day successes. The price seemed too good to be true. The trophies looked great on the website, only £1 for 50 character engraving and I could even choose the symbol style attached to the trophies. I was given regular updates on the order including the day of delivery, followed by an hour slot on the morning of the delivery. Easy enough to do, but it's amazing how many retailers don't/can't provide this information. The trophies themselves were excellent quality. I was expecting cheap plastics to be used considering the price, but they were solid and metal plated. Well packaged, and even some Haribo thrown in there, which delighted my son. Exceptional service and products. Will be using again and recommending to friends and family. Thanks!

Gloucester Saxons Basketball Club

The awards we chose as basketball club were easy to prepare online. There was a good choice in the awards that we require.The best part was the delivery. They actually turned up at the time and date we were advised - in fact the courier was about 1 minute early and I could not sign for the parcel until the time had elapsed. This was excellent, especially as it can be a little difficult to find where I live.Excellent service.

Stumbled on to Trophy Store while browsing for a supplier for a trophy for a forthcoming golf tournament. Was impressed by the range of trophies on offer. I made my selection, the engraving was as I wanted. I was kept informed of progress and item was delivered without damage and in good time.
