Awesome both service and product

Having looked at many trophies on many sites I found this one and I was so please I did (I was looking at trophies with stars). And boy was it fabulous! The trophy was amazing not only was it stars but shooting stars which was most approprate for my needs. The engraving was excellent to excally how I wanted it. The trophy was well recieved and everyone loved it. Delivery was swift and went beyond expectation. I would highly recommend both this award and this company to any of my friends - in fact will will be using them again very soon.

Kept in the purchase/delivery"loop"

Happy with the overall service from Trophy Store and a constant supply of emails detailing transaction process was helpful. My only concern was the delivery cost. I felt this was very high, it may be something you wish to look at as it would definitely give me reservations with any future orders. I ordered 10 x Prefect badges and got charged £6.95 for delivery

Excellent service and high quality product

My daughter raised money for charity by doing 500 punches and 500 kicks, so we decided to buy her a trophy for her efforts. When I looked on the Trophy Store website I found exactly the type of trophy I wanted at a fantastic price. Not only did I get a quality trophy at a great price, but they also engrave it for only £1 extra and delivery was very cheap too. I was also very impressed with the speed it was delivered (within 7 days of ordering). I will definetly be using this store again and I will recommend it to the many sports coaches I know.

Feels like a family run firm

Excellent lady dealing with my order. She dealt with the courier who said they had dropped a card saying tried to deliver when clearly hadn't, she got them to deliver in time for Christmas. Will definitely use the company again.

the trophy store was fantastic, i was very impressed with them, i left it last minute to order the medals i wanted and needed them by the wednesday 21 dec, i didnt order them until the thursday before, i wanted them asap and asked for express delivery, i placed my order online but it never gave me the option to select which kind of delivery i wanted so i rang customer services, they were very polite and very helpful, i explained that i wanted the medals on a express delivery, i was told there would be a charge of £10 and was happy to pay it, when the gentleman tried to take my payment he had a problem with his payment screen and couldn't do it, so because it was a problem at his end of things he put my order on express delivery as i requested and they took care of the fee, i will recommend any body ti use this company and i will be using it again when i need it,

Quality product, superb service

10 / 10 to the trophy store. I rang them direct to see if they could help me at very short notice. The agent I spoke to explained the process clearly and arranged delivery to an alternative address. I was kept updated each step of the way via text. The items were delivered on time and were of much better quality than expected. Very pleased. Will use again and would recommend.

Good quality, but super low delivery.

The medals we received were lovely and good quality, but even without any engraving, it took almost 2 weeks to get 6 off the shelve medals to be delivered. To then pay £7 for next day delivery, is a waste of money and make no sense at all. If I knew it would take that long, I most likely would have selected a different supplier.

Postage Rate high & engraving mixed up

Given that Mail Postage rates are the same regarless of where you live in the UK, the higher postage rate for Highland & Islands is a disgrace - particularly given I live in a Mainland City - Inverness. I only agreed to process the order because I didn't have the time to look elsewhere. When the trophies arrived two of the engraved plates had to be switched to make good - slightly scratching the trophies in the process - again no time to do anything else. Won't be ordering from Trophy Store again.

Very good value for money. Arrived on time as ordered 100%. Nicely wrapped.

I have to say that the next time I need some trophies for our Pony Club I will come back to Trophy Store. The orders arrive on time in full. Each Trophy is well wrapped considering they are not expensive too. They are nicely engraved - exactly layed out as requested. Considering this is an on line service with no face to face contact. The instruction are followed out to a T and the service is great!
