Design flaw but good service

Had to have ta replacement sent then a replacement for the replacement sent as the top of the darts were broken. Seems to be a flaw in the design as happened more than once - obviously fragile or prone to being broken in this way.
The service team were great though and sent replacements quickly and without fuss, so overall experience was fine - and other products have been great.
