Public Sector Credit Accounts Welcome
We welcome orders from all public sector organisations, including schools, colleges, universities, local authorities, emergency services, NHS trusts, and the Ministry of Defence.
To get started, simply register here, or click the ‘Register for Account’ button below. By creating an account, you will be able to track your orders, access invoices, and view all your previous or current orders. For eligible customers, a 30-day credit account is also available, or you can simply pay by debit card, credit card, or PayPal at the point of purchase.
To place your first order, simply add your selected awards to your basket, review your order, and proceed to checkout. You can choose the ‘Place Order on Account’ option, enter your delivery details and purchase order number, then move on to the payment page. If paying on account, then please ensure all payee details are accurate before finalising your order.
Once we receive your order, if you have requested to pay on account then our Customer Support Team will verify your eligibility for credit terms and start processing your order. If your order doesn’t qualify, or we need further information then we will be in touch. You will receive an email notification when your order is dispatched, along with a VAT invoice in PDF format which contains our BACS details for payment.
Please note: Private schools and non-government funded organisations are not accepted for credit accounts.
