I purchased a tankard which was engraved there was a problem with what words I wanted engraved so the Trophy Store phoned me to rectify this problem , Customer service was excellent and very informative on delivery times and date with numerous messages , very thorough. overall I am pleased with the product and services provided to me and would not hesitate to recommend the Trophy Store. Good Product / Outstanding Service

This tankard is very reasonably priced and makes a great gift. The engraving was beautifully done and using the fast-track service the turn around time from order to delivery was exceptional. Trophystore's outstanding customer service and support are rightly legendary.
