5 out of 5 A SIX STAR SERVICE Having requested and promptly received a very reasonable quote for a trophy with additional requirements, I accepted the quote, placed my order and paid by card over the phone. (I rang twice and was answered promptly both times). As a bonus the invoice was for a few pounds less than the original quote. I was expecting delivery within about 10 days but just two days later my trophy was delivered. Furthermore, the trophy was weightier and of a higher quality than I had imagined, and my additional engraving requests had been carried out to the letter.
