Plaque wasn't straight

This was disappointing as the plate was not even.
However customer service was reasonably good they supplied a replacement plate an sent it first class.
I am still a little disappointed with the fact I had to remove the uneven plate. Clear down the surface an re affix new plate myself.
I went to this supplier as didn't want to physically have to do any work myself

Very Happy with my purchases.

My son dropped the trainee off the week trophy he had,(not from this company) on his way into school show and tell, it shattered.
I ordered two replacements which came within days.
Very happy, good quality, nice weight to them.
Happy Boy gets to show his new trophy to friends and family before the week ends .
Football coach is also happy with the replacement.
Thank You for coming to our rescue.
