ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTED!

We ordered the samurai warrior figure (and engraving) as a friend's retirement gift. We were absolutely delighted with the quality of it, which was even better than it appeared in the picture. The engraving was excellent too.

The whole ‘customer experience’ was first class. From the ease of ordering, to the final delivery, (exceeding our expectations) we were bowled over. We were kept informed during the whole process in a variety of formats, and were impressed not only to be given the name of the delivery service, but even the individual making the delivery.
