Excellent, too much packaging

Great quality, exactly what we were looking for and arrived really fast. The design service is great too.

The trophies come in a very large box considering what was sent (I ordered 2 plus boxes for them to go in), so it would be good to see a bit less packaging being used in future.

Excellent service and product

This is the second time I have ordered the jade glass round plaques. 6 in total. Each time personalized colour designs have been inserted and they looked great. Staff couldn't be more helpful. I will certainly be buying them again.

Great trophies

Great trophies, as always! Only downside was that I was disappointed to get an unrequested massive printed catalogue in the packaging when we received them. It feels really wasteful as it's going straight into the recycling bin. With such a good website, a bit more of a focus on sustainability with less unnecessary printing would be great.

Great Award even better Service from Trophy Store

The Award is great and looked great at the presentation. The Service from Trophy Store was wonderful, they went out of their way to ensure we received the item in time - It was a short notice order and we were abe to upgrade the delivery and change the delivery address the day before the award presentation.
