Hi Trophystore, my experience I had with you was very good. firstly, I received my trophy as promised on time and i would like to say that I was very impressed with the tracking information regarding my parcel and depth of information. then, unfortunately, my trophy arrived damaged, it must have been due to mishandling or something. would like to add that my problem was dealt with speedily and without any delay, a new replacement trophy was dispatched to the same high standards. thanks for an excellent service.
