we ordered our medals and TrophyStore despatched them as promised. Unfortunalty, DPD made an almighty cock up on the delivery and we were faced with going to our event with no medals. After contacting TrophyStore they arranged a 24hr delivery to the venue. Now that's what I call customer service!!

Glass engraving success
I ordered a glass trophy which had to be engraved. I was a bit worried about how it would turn out but they sent me a mock-up and I suggested improvements. I'm very pleased with the final item, which took account of my suggestions. I would definitely recommend them based on this experience.

The end of an era.
After running the team for 10 years this was our last season so we wanted to do something special. There was a lot to choose from but the process was so simple. I placed my order via their website and the response was almost immediate. They confirmed my request and once I had verified it as correct and made payment , the trophies were delivered in a few days as promised. They look terrific.
