I work for a children’s charity and was quite late in ordering medals for our basketball league. I contacted the trophy store explaining this situation and immediately received a response that they would organise a special delivery to make sure the medals arrived within the normal 5 days it should take. They kept their word and within a few days the high quality medals arrived and our children beamed with smiles of joy! Thank you Trophy Store, we will order from you from now on.
