First Class Service. I ordered a lot of engraved trophies to be delivered to different address. This was done with no hick ups what's so ever. To top it of I made a few mistakes with my order and had to contact them to try and get it sorted. They answered me quickly and the person was very nice, and sorted it all out. Fixing the errors I had made straight away with out any hassle my end. Top customer service. I get my Trophies from here every year. Will be getting them from here same time next year

Exceptional quality and service

I ordered trophies for our American Football Fantasy league plus some medal boxes and engraving plates for some old medals I wanted to display. I place the order late Tuesday evening and it was delivered Friday lunchtime which is an incredible service. I was kept informed of progress throughout and given a one hour delivery slot on delivery day. The trophies were very good value and an impressive design. They are metal, solid and substantial. I am delighted with the entire order and would not hesitate to recommend them. I will certainly be using TrophyStore again. The Haribo sweets and message that were included were a nice personalised touch.

We had a very short time scale to obtain a silver salver for a volunteer who was leaving to live in New Zealand at the tender age of, well lets say lots more than 21. From query to delivery took just five days and the product elicited a great response form the recipient: "The Silver Salver is beautifully simple and much as I had in mind when I spoke to you, so congratulations on the find. The surface of the centre is so smooth and shiny that it acts like a mirror so if I set it up on its stand I can be reminded of you lot when I stop to consult it every morning."
