Fabulous company.

I have ordered trophies from this company for the last four years. I get them for a group of adults with special needs. Our trophies are called The kindness cup.can afford anything spectacular, however saying that the trophies come back , engraved beautifully and a substantial trophy. The winners are over the moon.This month I ordered 3 , unfortunately got the name wrong on one.Rang customer services, spoke to a charming, nothing too much trouble lady, who changed it straight away. Got in contact with them on a Thursday needing a delivery for Friday, the product I wanted wasn't available but they found me a better alternative that they had in stock on their website and got all the delivery sorted so that it was with me Friday morning. I sorted all of this through their website chat as well with a lady (apologies, I cannot remember her name) who was extremely helpful with the entire process. 100% Recommend and will be coming here again at the end of our next 6-a-side season!
