Captain of my Golf Club

Great customer service
I brought 2 medals for my children to give to them when they make it to the top of mount Snowdon! Great quality. There was a small clip missing from one of the ribbons. I emailed and asked for a clip to be sent they immediately sent me a whole new ribbon and clip. Brilliant customer service and a great quality medal.

Wonderful Service and Brilliant Quality Product
I could not have been more pleased with the service from Trophy Store. I placed an order very late on a Monday night fully expecting the usual 3-5 working day turnaround time and added a note stating that our presentation was on the Thursday evening that week ( secretly hoping that they would still be delivered in time).
To my surprise, the trophies were delivered on the Thursday at 10am in the morning. I can not thank Trophy Store enough for their prompt service and the quality of the products (2 small netball trophies and 11 netball medals with ribbons - all individually personalised too!).
The team were extremely grateful and it really made the night.
So thank you to everyone at Trophy Store. I will definitely use them again. 😁

Great quality end of season trophy for my son, with the added surprise of a packet of haribo sweets thrown in ! I found TrophyStore.co.uk to have a good range of products and found exactly what i was looking for and the delivery turnaround was very quick indeed.
