Exceptional service
My order of medals didn't arrive in the day they were due because there was a delay with the delivery company. I rang the TrophyStore customer helpline and they were SO helpful! They tried to trace my delivery with the delivery company and when that wasn't possible they had a new batch of personalised medals made and sent out by next day delivery at no cost to myself. I was able to hand out my medals at the end of term as planned!
Will definitely use them again!

Amazing Service
Once again, exceptional service! We ordered our trophy far too late. My friends daughter had to leave primary school in Year 6 due to severe bullying. We decided last minute to do a 'graduation' for her and the trophy was ordered. We had ordered it too late to get to us in time but I messaged to explain the situation. I didn't hold much hope, as it's clearly their busiest time of year. A few days later it arrived ... in plenty of time for her 'graduation'. She was over thr moon! She clutched it to her and wouldn't let it out of her sight for the rest of the day!!! Thank you to the Trophy Store. I absolutely cannot recommend this company highly enough!
