Amazing staff and exceptional service

I called up on Thursday evening to get some medals and a trophy to distribute for my sons birthday party - in 2 days time! Spoke to Ashley who was amazing, he recommended some items to save me from trawling through the stock. He said he would engrave the trophy and it will be delivered the next day - amazingly it was! My son was so proud of his trophy and all the kids loved their medals, even the coaches commented on the superior quality. What a fantastic company, I'll definetly recommend them.

Delivery very prompt.

This is the first time I have used Trophy Store and would reccommend them. Delivery was within a couple of days including the engraving as well. I use other trophy stores as well but decided to give these a try so that we don't have repetative trophies through the season. The only set back for me is that it is the only store i have had to pay for engraving and the only store where i have had limited charactors and therefore can't fit all that i want on the engraving. Apart from that they were very efficient and the trophies are of good quality.

Ridiculous post/packing cost for 10 small badges- sorry won't use again

I ordered 10 small science badges at 40p each. The p&p was almost £7 making my order much more expensive than necessary. I won't use this company again as a colleague had same problem with chess club badges, wrote a letter about the high p&P costs but heard nothing back.

Excellent, fast response

Received order very quickly and experience was overall as I would like from an online transaction. As I only order a couple of items now and again I find the postage quite expensive but easier than visiting a shop :-)

Great customer service

Unfortunately the first trophy I received was broken. I emailed the team and took some pictures for them, and without hesitation, they sent me a new trophy in a matter of days and apologised for the breakage, even though it probably happened in transit.

Superb customer service and speed of delivery.

Excelent product, excelent service, forcing me to opening an account without my agreement was annoying and means I will not buy from them again.

Everything was fine - but the 'opend an account for me' with out my agreement or permision. Don't see why this was needed for a one off purchase - so won't buy from them again.

we were happy with the end product and that it arrived on time was great. we did have a lack on comunication from the supplier when it came to: sending new proofs, for confirming that the order was in process and that we would reach delivery, especially as we had mentioned our concerns over turn around time. so all ok appart from having to chase to confirm details from proofing to delivery. would use again.

Let down by delivery company

Trophy Store were fine, but the company they used to deliver (DPD) were truly woeful with poor information and a missed delivery that meant I didnt have the trophy for when I needed it. When I contactedTrophy store the next day they were very helpful and got the matter resolved. The product itself is great.

Overall a good service from Trophy Store. We had a few teething problems due to our initial contact leaving part way through sorting out the order. All problems were sorted out efficiently. The products are of a high quality and good value and were delivered quickly. I would use them again and I would recommend them to others.
