One delighted Granddaughter …
I ordered this trophy as a reminder for my granddaughter as she has to hand back the original award…. After I'd placed my order I realised that I'd spelt one of the names wrong. I spoke to customer services as soon as I realised and they were able to amend the order, reassure me and send an updated order all within a matter of minutes. Omg I ordered 4 inscribed 80 VE Day celebratory medals for my grandkids as a little memory to treasure and remember me by.
