Absolutely perfect

Trophy Store provided the trophies for our Chancellor of the FormChecker Raceday at Fontwell Park in January - the respsone to my query was immediate and within 1 hour of speaking to Trophy Store all 7 trophies had been engraved and were ready to be shipped. Got them the next day and I cannot wait to be presenting them on our Raceday. Will be using them every time we sponsor. Thank you!

Superb service

Very good, slight website issue

I found I could not progress my sale on the website, it kept sending me back, after I had put in all my details. However, a young man at the end of the phone was extremely helpfull, he took my order,delivery was excellent, and time of delivery was superb, delivered 3 minutes into the time window. The Trophy is superb, other than the website issue, 9 out of 10

Excellent, first class service

I needed a number of trophies with engraving, which I ordered on-line. I then realised I needed another one and when looking on-line noticed that for one item I would be charged P&P. I then called the Trophy Store and explained to the person on the phone and they were happy to add the item to my order and waiver the P7P charges. The service was very quick - I received all 17 items within a couple of days and even reveiced an email telling me when to expect my delivery. Very impressed and would definately use again. I highly recommend the Trophy Store

Absolutely spot on

Brillliant

I ordered a 10 inch trophy as we had a family Christmas Golf Challenge and someone jokingly asked where the trophy was. When it arrived I was delighted, it looks expensive, despite only costing some £20 and the engraving is lovely. I was kept informed of the delivery time and date and the carrier arrived exactly on time. I am sure we will be using our Trophy for many years to come.

Very easy process from Ordering to Receipt of Goods

Website: Very easy to navigate and the pictures of the trophies are just the right size to convey the detail. Adding Inscriptions is very straight forward and the full price is shown with no hidden extras. Order was placed and then shipped within a day or so which was superb as the event is at the end of January. Certainly recommend Trophy Store to anyone needing fast, decent service.

Swift, easy and of higher quality than expected.

Very last minute decision to purchase trophies for ongoing competition winners for corporation. Found the site very easy though the number of choices was staggering, taking me longer than I'd anticipated.
