Good service, but quality of trophy not as expected.

The service from initial search to delivery updates was superb, but the experience was tarnished by the quality of the trophy, which, although they looked decent from a distance and had a solid base, were flimsy in the top half. A shame that this let the process down (something which is an issue with Internet shopping generally I guess), as otherwise the review would have been close to 100%.

good trophy, on time delivery

trophy was of good quality (though a bit unstable - centre of gravity is off and a small nudge will make it fall over), however, pleased with its overall appearance. headline price much less than actually paid after engraving and delivery cost

Very good quality, happy customer

I needed 3 trophies for company competition and I've purchased 3 different sizes trophies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places. Delivery took over a week but I was very happy with the product. Quite heavy and great quality. Winners in our company where over the moon and now proudly are displaying their trophies. Recommended.

Fabulous first class service with very speedy delivery.

The whole process of ordering the trophy was painless. The girl taking the order was extermely friendly and nothing seemed to be a bother. We had the trophy engraved which was perfect for our needs. I received my first e-mail whilst processing the order on the phone. Now that's when you know the company have the customer's interest at heart. A first class and brilliant service dealt with by friendly and very helpful staff.

I Ordered 17 of the bendy men trophies for an under 8s spoof awards presentation. The boys loved the trophies, the quality was excellent and the delivery was really fast. I Would reccomend and will definelty be ordering again.

Great value, quality and communication

Excellent products, efficient and friendly service

I have used trophy store monthly for nearly one year. They have always been really helpful and flexible. They have a great "can do" attitude and have always accomodated tight delivery dates usually without even chrging extra for this flexibility either. The trophies you get are excellent value for money, especially the glass ones. They look much more expensive than the price would suggest. My staff love receiving the trophies. They are a really effective and inexpensive way of rewarding an exceptional effort or performance. I will continue to use trophy store every month and have no interest in looking for another supplier.

Appalling lack of attention to detail. Poor service.

Atrocious service from this company. The inscription for our trophy contained a typo - 2011 written as 201i. Very little offered in terms of rectifying this problem - they merely sent me another plaque which is was expected to replace with a stanley knife!! Furthermore, the new plaque we were sent was completely the wrong size - again, a total lack of attention to detail. Clearly nobody bothered to proof read the first engraving despite a grossly obvious error, and then no one bothered to make sure we were sent the correct size replacement so it stuck out on the sides of the trophy. By this time it was too late to change for the third time and we had to proceed as it was. Thoroughly disappointed all round with Trophy Store - look elsewhere or you may end up writing a review like this one.

Excellent service - very helpful

We were looking for a replacement trophy at short notice - with a presentation due in three days time. Having located a likely trophy on TrophyStore I rang their helpline and asked if they could fulfil my order, next day - they said yes, of course! Within 2 hours I received an email advising that the trophy had been dispatched! The next day the trophy arrived - complete with engraved faceplate, extensively wrapped to ensure no damage. Truly excellent service - I'll use them again.

Service should win an award

I have placed many orders with trophy store and all have been relly quick and easy to place. They are dispatched really quickly and the courier service is great for planning the delivery. My only down side is that i order a lot of 10 pin bowling trophys and i seem to have purchased them all! New designs please.
