Outstanding service

I coach an under 13 football team and as a bonus to the lads decided I was going to award player of the month. It happened that 2 of the lads were to share it so I ordered the trophies at short notice. I had them within 5 days of purchase, engraved too. Great delivery and also quick to answer an e-mail query too. Top marks and would recommend. I need not look no further in future

Good value, good service, well packaged

The item was reasonably priced, arrived promptly and was well packaged. I was kept up-to-date by sms of the courier's progress. The item was inscribed correctly and as pictured on the website. The carriage clock had one minor defect, the clock section had not been glued very securely and popped out when I fitted the battery. This is a minor complaint and I pushed it back in quite easily.

Amazing service !

Trophy Store helped me out of a tight spot when another company let me down. Not only was the service excellent but the delivery was spot on. I was e-mailed a link with my delivery details on it, then another on the morning of the delivery with the 1 hr time slot and then a text advising me again. Other companies could learn a lot from Trophy Store !

Excellent service and a quality product.

I recently sponsored a ladies golf competition The ladies championship at my local club. I purchased a trophy from trophy store and recieved good advice and excellent service. The trophy was of excellent quality and good value for the money. it arrived on time at the timescale I was originally given. I cannot speak highly enough of the service and product.

Wicked Sheild!!

The sheild we received was just what we were looking for. The engraving looks lovely too! Nice now that the winners of our RKH Quiz have something to show for their brains! Will always use trophy store if we need anything else.

First Class Service

When ordered, didnt realise it was 7 working days for delivery. I needed them within 5 days ( including weekends). Sent email expressing urgency - received delivery 1 day earlier than requested date.

Great service and product

Being the Treasurer of a Baton Twirling Group I am always trying to find cost effective ways of saving the group money. As we have not used all our medals in each competition we managed to collect a stock but not each part of the stock had the same medal ribbon. By using the Trophy Store I have been able to buy a stock of new medal ribbons that will allow our group to use the medals that we hold in forthcoming competitions.

Brilliant service, will definitely use again!

Our company wanted a trophy as we were holding a inter-practice "Bowlathon" and wanted to supply the winner with a trophy. We looked everywhere on-line, but none of the other websites had what we were looking for. We came across this website, and straight away found a bunch trophies, and to be honest struggled to pick one out of all the choices. Placing the order was so easy, and delivery was really quick. Great products, delivery let them down!

These were great Man of the Match trophies, good quality and reflect on the low cost, the only problem we had was the delivery time, they forgot to send them, when chased they apologised and they arrived 3 days later, so in all great products, but very slow delivery

Good quality and affordable

Overall i'm very pleased with the products i recieved. My only concern was i wasn't informed that the delivery date would be quite so long after i bought the trophies. Was impressed with the quality of my purchase though. Will be using again very soon.

Great service, great products and always on time

I have now used Trophy Store twice to supply trophies for high profile sailing events. As always these details are always left to the last minuite. However both times the required products have been in stock and have been turned round and delivered as promised. Unlike some products that look good quality on the internet but turn out to be very cheap low quality articles. The products from Trophy Store have been high quality and very well packaged. I will defiantly be using Trophy Store in the future

fantastic would recomend to everyone

trophy store were very helpfull in helping me get what i want they were really professional in making sure i was totally happy with the proff befor i agreed to the them making the final product. once i said i was happy they made the final product and i recived by courior the next day i was kept well informed of how my order was going and when it was going to be delivered. the otem was amazing was very happy with the final product and would use them again and recomemnd them to everyone.

Nice products (needed a clean) but engraving got mixed up although got sorted quickly

We ordered 2 different trophies as employee awards with 2 different engravings but when they were received the engravings had been put on the wrong trophies. However, Trophystore sent new trophies with the correct engravings within a couple of days so we were still able to present the awards on time. The trophies' glass needed a bit of a clean. Overall the trophies were nice products.

Great products, great price and fast delivery

I was really pleased with the trophy and medals that we ordered. The trophy was very good quality, and the medals were great too. I was worried that they wouldn't be delivered in time due to the engraving on the trophy, but they were delivered with two days to spare! Would recommend highly and will be using again.
