Easy to choose which trophy you want, easy to follow instructions if you need engraving added to your trophy, easy to pay. Communication is very important and TrophyStore lets you know when the items are being dispatched, and when the delivery is happening/has happened. The packaging is great as my 3 trophies arrived in immaculate condition. Good, clear engraving on each of the trophies. Nothing to grumble about!!
