After The delivery company had in error returned our order back to trophy store, i called up Trophy store and explained that we needed the order within 24 hours for an event we were hosting. The member of staff was super helpful, friendly and got it to us well within the time. We having been buying trophies from Trophystore for our school for over 5 years. The service is always great but they exceeded my expectations recently when I made an error with the order. I noticed it, called them and they kindly resolved it so that the correct trophies arrived in time for the presentation.

Quick turnaround. Arrived exactly on time. Trophies were excellent quality as usual. Engraving was accurate. Only one comment was one of the 9 trophies had a wonky plaque on the front of it but it was too late for us to do anything about it.
