I ordered a trophy for a memorial skittles match needing it by a specific date. I let them know I had a fixed date. Given their published delivery time it should have arrived on the day I needed it or possible the day before. As it happened it arrived only 2 days after I ordered it. Fantastic service. Cup is weighty and solid feeling with good clear engraving. Would recommend
