Brilliant service
They phoned me twice: once to correct an error they spotted I had made on the order, once to check delivery time was soon enough for my event.
Great service

The products were well packaged and arrived promptly. Excellent service.
We needed our trophies in a week
That were able to arrange for our trophies to be delivered within a week... And actually managed to do the delivery on the Saturday before our football competition. This allowed us to run a really successful competition.
Amazing value - fabulous
Will definitely buy again
Great Service
This is the second time I have used Trophy store and again the order and service were top draw. The trophy allows us to present a military award to recognise outstanding effort. My only other comment is having a trophy that would look for British as this has an American look, especially weapon as our army uses the SA 80.But the trophy delivers for me.Online very smooth and delivery to door very handy. If your looking for an award that is Gordon price it adds that final piece to any event.Students were all very impressed

Great Product & Service
Easy to use website, engraved trophy delivered within a few days, well packaged. Would have no hesitation in using them again.
Excellent service, excellent product.
I ordered 18 medals (bronze, silver & gold) for our yr 6 leavers. We had the school logo as the centre disc and the individual children's names and a brief comment on the reverse of the medal. I needed to call the customer services for advice regarding the logo and the lady I spoke to (Andrea) was extremely helpful, she gave very clear instructions on what I needed to do and was able to reassure me that our products would arrive on time for our occasion. The medals arrived even earlier than expected, the quality was great and they were well packaged. I will definitely be using Trophy Store again. Many thanks.

The ideal commemoration
The glass plaques are elegant and nicely crafted. The engraving is subtle but striking, fitting commemorations for the 40th anniversary celebrations of Knottingley Concert Brass.
