customer care
I ordered a small trophy for my granddaughter, as I saw a little note that she had written " I wish I could win a trophy" she is only seven. She has 4 brothers who all have trophies for football or basketball, I just wanted to make a wee wish come true for her.Trophy store helped me to do that, she was so pleased, someone at Trophy store obviously saw the inscription and added a packet of sweets to the package. excellent customer relations. grandad was top of the pops, thank you.

Maureen
I purchased this trophy to replace one my husband won in a bowls match. He knocked it off the shelf and it broke. He was so proud of the trophy and was heartbroken when he broke it. The trophy was an exact replica of the one he won and came quickly and safely. We are delighted with it and with the engraving. Thank you.
