Value for money
Very happy with the trophy I ordered, nicely designed and engraved. Was delivered very quickly and very good value for money. Was slightly surprised with the size of packaging but I guess it's only their professional way of making sure the product could not be damaged in transit . Certainly recommend this company.
Excellent service - excellent product
Turned up fast, really well packed and protected, not cheap looking, good choice of font for engraving. Bottom line is, what was delivered was very good for the amount of money paid. No complaints here.
Nice trophy and excellent communication
They have great communication with buyer and you always know where is your package and when will it arrive.
Great trophy and fast delivery, too much packaging.
The online buying experience was great, pricing and spell checking etc all really straight forward and plain to see. I got emails at every stage and the trophy came really promptly. My only issue is the masses of unnecessary packaging. The trophy and it's little box itself was about the size of a cd box although maybe an inch thick but it came in swathes of card wrap and another box that was 1.5ftsquare in all directions! The haribo were a nice touch but in these environmental conscious times surely the original box would be enough? It would make postage cheaper as well as reducing the carbon footprint of the trophy store and it's couriers. Also the large box couldn't fit through my letterbox (obviously) so I had to go collect it, the trophy box itself would easily have fit.
Ace!
Service was super quick and the quality of the trophy was great.
Very pleased
The medals arrived promptly. I had wanted an engraving on the back but was confused with what was free and what was chargeable so sent a message with my order. Someone phoned me the next day and talked through it and I got what I wanted at no extra cost. Would definitely use again

A lovely hip flask and, very importantly, super engraving
Ditto - the subject ... very pleased with the service received on the phone regarding the engraving and also being sent the e-mail showing me how it would look. Fantastic Service. I shall use you again. Thank you !!
No trophy but excellent customer service.
The trophy I ordered did not make it to my address, however Maxim from aftersales went above and beyond to try and get a replacement to me in time for an event. Unfortunately, there was nothing suitable immediately available and I had to request a refund and purchase from a local retailer, but I most certainly appreciated his efforts and would definitely recommend trophy store to a friend.
