Better Than I Expected
I had no experience of this company and found them through a Google search. I was looking for something very specific and thought that they may be able to accommodate me. I had left it rather late, or so I thought, to place my order. It arrived two days before I needed it and I was delighted with the quality of the trophy I had ordered. Immensely impressed and would definitely recommend to anyone. I will certainly be using them again.

Wide range of trophies to choose from, trouble-free engraving option, speedy delivery. The only 'minus' would be that the trophy was over-packaged (massive outer box, stuffed with huge amounts of paper, containing a dramatically smaller box which had the actual trophy in) but that's not enough of a minus to reduce the score. Given the prices I was not expecting such a good service - I was pleasantly surprised.

I bought a trophy for a small, fun local talent competition. The trophy that I ordered and been discontinued and I received a lovely email explaining that they could give me another one but with a marble base at no extra cost to myself.The quality and the price is outstanding and to get it engraved is a wonderful bonus, and the delivery was quick.I will definitely order from them again and would highly recommend them.My only small criticism is that the packaging was a wee bit o.t.t. but then again it fully protected the trophy.

In my head I knew what I wanted, but didn't know if it was achievable. By luck, I found the Trophy Store. After searching, I came across the clear glass optical 12" award. I loved it the moment I saw it. Trouble I had now was working out what to have written on the award. I rang and spoke to a member of staff, explained my predicament and the purpose of the award and who it was for, after half an hour together bouncing ideas around we came up with the perfect message. Eventually when the award arrived and I unpacked it, I screamed with joy. PERFECT, exactly what I had envisaged. Customer Service from various people I spoke to was second to none. I was so pleased with the speed, efficiency, professionalism of not just the staff but also how professional the award looks that it practically took my breathe away.
