We were in need of a replacement trophy at short notice. Selecting a trophy from the huge range join offer was simple. Ordering process equally simple. We then changed our minds about some of the engraving - and then even added further engraving, with wonderful help by phone. Added to which we had a 72 hour turnaround deadline. Everything was met to deadlines, tracking the order and delivery within a given hour slot too. Must admit this is exemplary service. The trophy itself was absolutely great. So 5* to trophy store. We will be back!!

Helpful, friendly and great workmanship
We used the trophystore to obtain an exact replica of a trophy that had been accidentally broken. We required wording and a logo to be engraved on to the glass trophy which they did by following a photograph and measurements. We were delighted to find the trophy was indistinguishable from the one that we smashed by mistake and this was a great relief! We were kept informed throughout the process and delivery. Great customer service interaction - highly recommended! Thank you.
