Excellent service and products
It was a last minute purchase for my church appreciation event. I went on the website, had some questions and a virtual chat came up and answered my questions. Products were delivered to time and I wasn't disappointed with the plaques. Really beautiful! Value for money and inexpensive. Thank you!
Trophy
The salver was accurately described and looks beautiful. Very pleased with the whole process
Useful trophy
Good quality, resin trophy. Although it is an academic trophy this one is to be presented following a golf match between Public School pupils and private scholars - hence the academic theme. Very pleased. thank you.
Cricket Trophies last minute
Great experience, really very helpful! requested some trophies last with engraving and received them on time. Great quality products, would highly recommend using trophystore
Trophy Store
I have used Trophy Store on two occasions and would not hesitate to use them again, their website is easy to navigate and ordering process is quick and simple. I am based in the North of Scotland where we , more often than not, have problems with delivery times being met. Trophy Store kept me updated with despatch and recommended delivery dates and on both occasions deliveries were early. All items purchased have been of an excellent quality including engraving. I would recommend them to anyone looking for standard trophies or for something that little bit more unusual.

Excellent
Site was easy to use, communication was good and trophies arrived quickly and in good order.
No complaints!
Good value for money and quick efficient service!
Consistently good
This was the latest of several orders over the last 18 months. Prompt delivery and good quality. How can it be improved? Engraving could have a wee bit more depth of definition, but hey, on balance this is a minor improvement. For sports clubs (my experience) the products and service are premier league.
Excellent Service
Very happy with the service we have received from the Trophy Store, we have used them on a number of occasions and they have always provided a very good service.
Very good
Very happy with the quality & the speedy service.
Great product and great service
Having searched the Internet for a trophy I decided on the trophy store. The online shop was easy to use and as I wanted one of the shields engraved with this year's winner I used the chat facility and spoke to Andrea. She was extremely helpful and guided me through the whole process and it was easy. The trophy arrived 2 days later and was just what I was hoping it would be. I will definitely use them again. Highly recommended.
Good product and fast delivery
The medals were just like what was shown on the website, they arrived quickly. No complaints
Excellent Service
After being let down on an order from a different supplier, I called Trophy Store over the Christmas period in the small hope that they would be open and able to solve my problem in two days (by 31 December). The phone hardly rang and before I knew it, I was speaking to Maria. I explained my dilemma and the urgency of needing 14 trophies in 2 days over the Christmas season. Maria helped me choose the perfect trophies and even set up my shopping basket for me. Maria was in no doubt that the goods would arrive in time and they absolutely did - the very next day. I was and am impressed by the service (care and attention) that was afforded to me. Thank you Trophy Store, thank you Maria.
Good service
Quick posting. Trophy arrived no problems. Quality better than expectsd at circa £10 mark
Great service
Great product and fast delivery
Great product
I was really happy with my football trophy which was great value for money and I will order from this company again.
Quick service, great quality!
I would recommend Trophy Store to others and use their service again!I initially purchased a small thistle trophy for £5 as a novelty gift for a friend but was shocked and impressed with the quality, weight and professionalism of the product.I can't wait for my friend to recieve this gift, no longer a novelty product.Fantastic value for money.
Brilliant speedy service
It was just what I anticipated and it got to me on time even though it was xmas week
Children's Trophys
I love these trophies. They are fun, can be personalised, inexpensive and more surprisingly than anything else, substantial. They are not flimsy at all and I am very pleased with my purchases as a way of rewarding my son. He was blown away - "My very own Trophy, Mummy"
