Ordered and delivered Promptly
I ordered trophies for 2015 and also for 2016, which came as instructed, expected a call saying are you sure its 2016. The trophies are good quality and probably the best I've bought in a long time. With engraving, delivery,the trophies only cost pennies. I paid more to have a shield engraved last year than the cost of these trophies. Excellent company and will use again!

I needed an emergency last minute replacement for the trophy my toddler dropped on the floor three days before my son had to hand it back. I contacted the company and they were brilliant. I ordered award medals for a prize giving from Trophy store and gave them a quite complex logo to engrave and to be honest I wasn't expecting it to be perfect but when they arrived I was so impressed with not only how accurate the logo was but also the weight of the medals! Better than expected
I ordered these without paying much attention to the size and, when the box arrived, with the four engraved trophies was somewhat dubious about the small size. However, they are mint. I was expected lightweight, cheap plastic but they're really substantial and look fab with the engraving. Also, they were here in an unbelievably short time, 2 or 3 days.I will definitely order again.

In a panic I ordered on a Monday - was happy to pay extra for an early delivery but was told by the very helpful lady on the telephone that it wouldn't be necessary (she saved me over ten quid!) and believe it or not the order arrived on the Wednesday. I ordered a trophy for our team. The communication was excellent throughout with an email giving the one hour delivery window, which is always helpful. There was a slight issue with the trophy but one email to the store and this was quickly rectified and a replacement trophy was sent. This company clearly values its customers and I would be very happy to use them again.
