Excellent customer service and great quality product
I needed some engraved trophies at short notice. I placed the order online then rang up and explained the urgency. Trophy store staff dealt with the engraving wording, sent for my approval the next day, I changed one word and agreed I didn't need to see the engraving proof again. The trophies were then sent out to me and received in good time for our ceremony. The engraving was top quality, the trophies looked really good and were well received. Fantastic value for money and great service!
I had an extremely limited budget and thought I could only afford a few medals for our skittles tournament. Trophy Store gave me so much choice and was great value for money I was able to buy a Team trophy and medals for each member. I was slightly reserved about the Trophy as it is plastic, but I was pleasantly surprised, it looks great and the engraving is fab too!I will definitely be back and will endorse Trophy Store as THE place to go for winning and booby prizes.

I ordered an engraved salver on a Tuesday evening and it was delivered on Friday afternoon, exactly as ordered. I had a few questions when placing the order, and was able to have them all answered via a helpful online chat feature on the web site. I received several emails updating me on the status of my order and was given a 1-hour window in which to expect my delivery. Overall, a very good experience and I would not hesitate to order from them again.

Quick and efficient service
We ordered a trophy for a darts tournament. The price was very competitive and delivery was quick. Unfortunately the first trophy was damage on receipt, but upon contacting trophystore a replacement was sent out immediately. Would recommend and would use again.

Received emials of order, despatch and then received text to confirm delivery date and time and it was all spot on. I used the trophy store for a couple of reasons. I was looking for some small, reasonably priced trophies for a motorcycle owners club rally and I found the trophystore.co.uk amongs many others on the web.The first thing that attracted me was the range of designs available, which seemed better than most of the others I had looked at. Ultimately price played a huge part as this was a charity event and anything I paid out had to be taken out of the charity donation. For this reason I had to keep costs down and I had not had time to get sponsorship (I actually paid for these out of my own pocket). I found the cost for 8 trophies to be very satisfying, weighing in at an average of £5 each which helped my decision to pay for them myself. The designs were really cool and fitted the theme pretty well.The service was second to none. These were despatched extremely quickly, packaged very well and text and email alerts for every step of the delivery process.Cant fault them and will definitely be using them again for the next rally.Thank you
