Excellent service, via online chat then through to delivery of order
Used the online chat to ask a couple of questions prior to order. Quick and responsive replies. Placed order, expected to wait at least 5-7 working days, but was pleased when order was delivered within 3 days.Recommend Trophy Store.

First class!
I would certainly buy again from the Trophy Store. The cups we ordered were engraved perfectly, of good quality (they were really inexpensive and looked as though they should have cost more, to be honest!), well packed and delivered speedily. Top marks!
Trophy store deserve an award!
I regularly use Trophy Store for our company awards and from one off items to large order their pre-sales and delivery is always prompt and efficient. They respond to initial email enquiries quickly so you aren't held up making decisions and their telephone service assistance is very helpful. I would have no reservations recommending them to anyone.

Excellent
I cannot fault the service that I have received recently. My 1st order was delayed because the carriers could not find my address and the staff at trophy went out of there way to sort the problem for me. They are always friendly and very helpful and I will certainly be using them in the future. I have placed a second and third order already this month. I will also recommend them to anyone who asks.

A hackers trophy
As the winner of a new plastic "Hackers Trophy" I decided to improve and make it an annual trophy. Thus the purchase of your trophy seemed appropriate and is to be mounted on an octagonal base with 8 shields for engraving.I hope to improve and not win it next year.
Out of this world!
Having been let down by another supplier I found this company on the internet and there service is out of this world as they came well before I needed them. The quality of the goods are amazing for the price and will be using them again in the future.

Excellent communication with updates on my order
The website was easy to us when placing my order and I received email and text updates on the progression of my order. The delivery was made by DPD and I was able to track my parcel online. I also received an update on the day of delivery giving me an hour delivery time slot. The goods on arrival were well packaged and excelled my expectations in terms of quality therefore I felt the goods were excellent value for money. An all round excellent experience and I would use again and recommend to others.
Trophy Store receive top Trophy
Trophy Store have exceeded my expectations in their professionalism and treatment of customers. This starts with the online ordering system through the proof reading of any inscriptions and onto the delivery system. We had to request a delay in the delivery which was notified to Trophy Store by email and they complied with the request exactly as asked. The delivery date and time was notified to us by email and we were able to track exactly when the delivery was expected.
