Brilliant
Great quality, great prices and very quick delivery.
Excellent product, excellent service
Regular email updates for the delivery times meant tha although I had cut it fine for them to be delivered in time it was stress free. The trophies also were better quality than we expecting for the price with a good weight to them!
Easy to order & delivered in time!
Had to ring up to place an order, as it involved a customised logo. Email and phone customer service staff were hugely helpful. Order arrived before the date it was supposed to with no complaints. Great!

Excellent service, good quality items
I needed to find a few inexpensive trophies for a forthcoming sports-day type event. I didn't want to spend much money, but wanted something that would look like a very nice glass trophy. I found Trophy Store via a google search and ordered the items. They arrived promptly and more importantly upon opening (the very-well packed) box I found the trophies are very high quality and are exactly what I wanted.
Award yourselves a trophy for your excellent service!
We had an excellent choice of trophies and the ordering was very straight forward. Engraving was easy to include and very reasonably priced. On arrival we were not disappointed. We loved the trophies and so did the kids. Thank you
Excellent service.
Ordered a medal with engraving and a accompanying velvet box. I received emails updating me on the order and the recorded delivery was reassuring. The medal was a good weight with a high shine and nice engraving. I would recommend Trophy Store .
Excellent service
I received a phone call the day after placing my order to inform me that my choice of trophy was unavailable. Within 5 minutes a replacement was chosen which did not attract the offer of free engraving but this charge was waived making the price the same as my original choice. Later that week another call was received to confirm where I wanted the engraving done and that it would be despatched that day. As this was a Friday the very couteous gentleman said that it would be delivered no later than Tuesday. It arrived the next day!! Excellent company to deal with.

I would just like to say, that you have provided a really good service and we have received our medals and trophies in time for our tournament this weekend. We are most pleased with our purchase and we will definately will be purchasing more quality items from you again. If you do expand your postal service to include the Falkland Islands, please don't have (Malvinas) after the Falklands Islands as there is no such place. Many Thanks
