Lifesavers
Trophy store didn't have part of an order I had put in so they got in touch and offered a few alternatives. Having decided on what I wanted the order arrived two days later which was great as I needed them quick as possible. They always go the extra mile for you.
Spot on thanks*****
Will use again!
Excellent service start to finish, great communication
The whole process from ordering, being kept informed, and the quality of the end product bought have been outstanding.
Speedy order needed for Gymnastics Club
It was the first time that I ordered with trophystore.co.uk. The website was easy to use and when I needed to call and check a couple of details the staff were really friendly and very helpful. I needed the order in less than a week with some trophies engraved so I paid for the fast track service and the whole order arrived in plenty of time. I also found the courier service they use fab! Unlike most courier services, where you end up wasting an entire day waiting for the delivery because you have no idea when they could turn up, I was contacted frequently letting me know the status of the delivery and even given a 1 hour time slot!Thank you very much, I will be a regular customer :)
High quality trophy + speedy delivery = very happy child
What a fantastic product which was delivered on time. The quality of the engraving was good too. I loved the fact I was constantly informed with the progress of my order.

I looked through the full range of trophies and found a perfect match for our needs! The ordering process was easy and clear, and we were given concise, detailed delivery notes! I received emails and text messages informing me of progress, and the parcel was delivered at exactly the stated time! The products were exactly as described and packaged perfectly! We are really happy with our order and will definitely be using them again and recommend them! Thank you! Xxx

Great Service, very pleased with everything
I made several changes and added to order and everything arrived on time despite only giving ten days notice. Very good service.
A unique experience
Rachel and team at Trophy Store couldn't have been more helpful, given their task of engraving an image of our coloured pony in memory of her. Fast and efficient service ending with a great result.
Excellent quality and value for money.
Excellent value for money and after looking at quite a few trophy sites this company had the most trophies to choose from for basketball speedy delivery and on time as stated will definitely use again.
Could not be faulted
Great communication throughout. Easy to order and kept updated on dispatch etc.
Couldn't be happier!
I have been disappointed before by online medal and trophy suppliers where the items looked classy on the website but turned out to be rather tacky. NOT the case here - in fact, quite the reverse! The three 'budget' golf trophies I bought have a nice weight and feel to them and the engraving is simple but accurate and stylish. Also impressed by the excellent email communications and cracking delivery service (I use DPD fairly frequently myself; their web-based services are excellent, allowing you to reschedule, change delivery address, etc. very easily - I also like the fact that you get a one hour delivery slot allocated when the van leaves their depot on the day). Oh, and the trophies were really well packed too! Will certainly be using Trophy Store again!
Most excellent!
Quick delivery and I asked for an extra plate for an existing trophyThey provided it at no extra costI've used them three years running and will continue to do so.

Fantastic
Great service, was kept fully informed of status of my order, and was very impressed with the items that I had ordered.
Excellent service and products
I have used Trophy store many times before and I have never been let down, even when I order items at the last. This time there was a minor issue with the centre section of my trophies, which I was contacted straight away and made aware of the situation, and we sorted that very easily and quickly.I asked that my product was sent by a certain date to make sure I had them for a presentation evening. I was told that that would not be a problem, they were correct as the sent them out a day earlier which really helped with my nerves.I would tell everybody to use Trophy Store, and if any issues give them a call as they are all very helpful indeed.
super service
My requirement was not urgent but was completed in good time. I made a mistake at the start and they were able to deal with it easily at no extra cost.
