Trophy Store helped us in a tricky situation!
We were really grateful to Trophy Store. It wasn't until a couple of days after we had ordered two trophies for an event that we realised it would take seven days for the order to be processed. This would have been too late for the event. We contacted the Trophy Store immediately and within a day the trophies had been delivered, at no extra cost.

The Trophy I purchased was on behalf of my ailing Sister, who's husband passed away last year. This was a Memorial Trophy, in his name, for their local Horticultural Society's Annual Show, in which he had been so involved over the years. Huge range of products that cover exactly what you need
Had a lot of fun choosing what products out of the extensive range to purchase. Kept really well informed about its order progress, dispatch and delivery. Great products when they arrived. Very generous limit of characters for engraving too. And super friendly staff on the phone when I called up to alter something about my order.
Easy,fast and cheap
I bought a trophy from overseas through the website. Great range and easy to order. Delivery was fairly quick and I got emails letting me know the status of the delivery. It would be good to have a "send as a gift" option.Overall, brilliant. Would use again and would recommend.

My local trophy guy has retired after 30+ years so I was looking for an alternative. Trophy Store had a good selection at prices my small club (limited funds etc) could afford. So I took a chance and was extremely pleased with the quality of the trophies, the delivery times and the way they keep you up to date with the progress of your order (text) so I knew exactly when it would arrive. There was even a little problem of which centre to fit on one trophy so they took the trouble to ring and ask me which I would prefer. That is excellent all round service. E-mailed the support address and received a very nice e-mail telling me how asking for graphics etc. sent through a mock up promptly. Called me to confirm I was happy and delivered on time. Have used this company a number of times and found them very good - to the extent of being able to phone to correct mis-ordered items ordered the previous day via Internet. Only one negative experience which actually reinforced my positive view of the company; the wrong item (engraved as requested) was dispatched. One phone call and the ordered item was dispatched the same day and received the next with no request to return the incorrect item.Only wish they would not use Yodel.
Great Trophies and Great Service
My soon to be 9 year old is having a go-karting party. I thought instead of a goody bag filled with tat I would give each child a trophy. They look great and it was a bonus to be able to personalise them for free. What was really outstanding was the service from DPD, I got text updates and they arrived when they said they would. My son is delighted with the trophies as I am sure his friends will be.
