Excellent Service & Products
Very impressed with the excellent service received from your company. Products were of high quality, packed sufficiently to avoid any damage to the contents and speed of service through your courier extremely good.I will have no hesitation in recommending your company to others as well as re-ordering from you in the future.Kind regardsDerek Webster
Wow, very impressed
I have used a high street engraver for many years. Always I have been disappointed.I ordered from Trophy Store late one Sunday night. All present and correct they arrived on Thursday. No chance of me going back to the High Street
Outstanding service and top quality products !
I needed to order our rugby teams trophies including some special awards - players player of the year . The trophies were not only of the highest quality, delivered exactly on time but the customer service was first class. The engaving is a maximum of 60 letters but i needed more due to some long names ! - one call and at no additional cost or suggestion of it being inconvenient they added the text i needed in an instant.Thoroughly recommend Trophy Store and will be back next year for sure.
Very prompt and efficient service
I never used this company before, but would recommend them. I was not able to be home when they arranged delivery but they very kindly change delivery location with no problem. Trophies came very well packed. great job, would use them again
Absolutely perfect!!
So, I needed some trophies for our hockey clubs presentation evening and didn't have time to get down to the store in town; I decided to search on the internet for a company and this is the site I found. The selection of trophies that were hockey related were brilliant and all at a reasonable price. It was really easy to add my own engraving and I liked the site so much I also ordered medals with our club colours for the lanyards. I arranged for delivery of my items to work and they arrived quickly with no hassle and I was kept fully updated on the progress if my order right from the moment I placed my order to the point I received my delivery. I have shown members of the club the trophies who were all really impressed with the quality and I'm sure our juniors will treasure them for years to come. I will definitely be a returning customer and would recommend this site to anyone who is looking for original, cheap and quality products!!
My first time using the Trophy Store but not my last.
Great Trophies, delivered on time and great value for money, well done.
Great medal, good value, prompt delivery with tracking!
Ordered on the Monday delivered on the Thrsday, text received to tell me time of delivery, excellent quality products the team were really pleased!
Outstanding service, perfect product, spot on delivery.
I ordered 25 football medals with ribbons to be engraved. First I got a phone call saying the gold was not in stock and asking if the silver would do - brownie points straight away. Then, I was kept informed every step of their journey from Trophy Store to my door, right up to an 8am text to say they would be with me between 11.19 and 12.19. At 11.24 they were here. Not only top marks for lovely medals and beautiful ribbons in rapid turnaround but also superb service on delivery, and your carrier reflects on you as a company so don't ever change them!
Personal, prompt and extremely helpful
Regular updates. tracking to the hour, a special time requet was acknowledged and exceeded. Some decent trophies also. 2nd year using them and likely to continue doing so.

I cannot thank you enough for the efficient and effective way you dealt with our order and produced the goods. It really was a weight off my mind and having been let down by another supplier it was fantastic service.
Best service ever!
I ordered a silver plated cup to be engraved on Friday. The order was acknowledged immediately and over the next few days I was updated with texts and emails. On the following Wednesday I received a text saying the delivery would be made between 2:17pm and 3:17pm. It arrived at precisely 3:10pm. It is exactly what I wanted in style and engraving. What more could you ask!!

Excellent!!!
Apparently, this is my first time of using service, and to be honest, i was impressed by the quality of services rendered. Although, i wasn't too sure, how my choice of text to be engraved on the Oscar trophy would look like, but it was great when i got it. I have refered a friend and will definitely come back, if i want to order more. Cheers!!!
Incredible value and the info on delivery was outstanding
Incredible value and the info on delivery was outstanding. For the price, the eMail and texts I got predicting delivery to the hour, that were exactly spot on, shames other online sellers. It was my best online purchase experience to date.
Easy to order, fast + reliable service
Was kept informed of delivery with regular texts + e.mails. Was also given a 1 hour time slot on the day, so didn't 't have to wait in. A lot of companies could learn a lot from this level of service. Product was very well protected + really impressed with the shield I ordered. Will be using you for future school medals.
Outstanding service, completely unexpected as well
Trophystore emailed and phoned me when my original order was out of stock. They agreed an alternative order, and also used a courier to make sure it arrived on time for our mini rugby awards ceremony. They did all this without me having to ask, and it was completely unexpected. I was amazed to get this sort of service from an online company.

Everything as asked for
Very impressed with the service, all the complicated wording over 6 diffrent shields was perfect, very well priced & they arrived at the time stated. It was great to be able to track the delivery. I will certainly be using the Trophy Store again
great value!
It was hard to pick a trophy that would encompass what I wanted to say, but the one we finally chose does just that. It's for our employee of the year award and it is amazing - although I dread to think the damage it would do if it fell on your foot!!
Very good quality delivered in good time
The item I purchased was of much better quality than I'd expected, and the engraving done was also of high standard. Coupled with delivery within a week - it's yet to be presented, but I have no doubt that it will go down well!
Excellent product and service
Very good products well worth the money, thanks
