will make my daughter feel like a super star.
I thought this would make my daughters 10 th Birthday football party end with a huge smile and it did.Although smaller than I had in my mind (which was my fault) the trophy was fantastic and made my daughters birthday.
Just what I wanted
The medals were great and of good quality. Happy with the product.Took over a week to arrive.Main problem was arranging delivery via the courier - based in a city 40 miles from us and messed up when I paid for a dedicated time slot.
Winning service
Prompt delivery and well packaged. The trophy I purchased is of good quality materials and I would have no problem in recommending this company to others. Only minor gripe would be the excessive delivery charge for "rural" areas. Hopefully, new customers will have contacts in the "big" cities to avoid paying over the odds to receive their trophies.
Excellent Service
Simple order process, decent product and quick delivery. I will definitely use them for our club awards for 2013.
Amazing
Great service, my order was delivered in one week. The trophies & medals look amazing

No need to 'medal' with the service!
Ordered, delivered, good quality, resonable price. Not much else one can say really.
Good trophies . Fast delivery
There is a good collection of trophies with a good range of price and sizes. However , not many big trophies in cricket section .Fast delivery and prompt response on my follow up call .Good experience overall.
A shining example of craftsmanship
I was very pleased with the quality of the product, but it would be useful to have a choice of font for the inscription.

I placed an order 3 days before I needed the trophies. I spoke to a very helpful member of staff who worked out with me what would meet my needs arrangedf the delivery via their fast track service. I received emails and texts to assure me the parcel was coming and the time it would arrive. Trophies looked great and arrived on time.

One step beyond...............
From the time I rang with my initial enquiry, to placing my order and then receiving my goods the service was outstanding. The gentleman I dealt with on the telephone was friendly, courteous and so helpful. I got feedback all the way, the service was excellent. The goods are of an exceptional quality too. I would reccommend this store to anybody looking for statues to mark an occaision.Thank you so very much xxx
Good buying experience - disappointing product quality
The experience of buying from Trophy Store was ideal - ordered on-line with all of the personalisation easy to specify. Delivery was prompt and I was impressed at how specific the timing of this delivery was.I was however disappointed in the quality of the product - it is very plasticky and extremely lightweight - it just doesn't feel like a quality product.
Top marks for Trophy Store
I would highly recommend these trophies, they are even better than the on-line photos.Delivery is quick and the one hour time slot is handy when planning your day
Easy Peasy to get just what we wanted!
We were looking for badges for our school council, monitors etc. and found the Trophy Store site had just what we wanted. As a small school we were able to order the amount we needed. Some sites had a minimum order which would prove to be uneconomicla for us. We telephoned with a query and were given expert advice.Texts were received informing us all the way from despatch to delivery.Thank you
Qucik efficient and effective
Trophy Store created a very good presentation piece for us in a short time
Good delivery but postage sky high for such small items
Was pleased with the prompt delivery of 10 small silver stars.Much less pleased with the postage for such small items of over £6. They could have been posted in ordinary post office mail at the cost of a first class stamp
Great service. Accurate delivery. Quality Goods.
What struck me particularly was the very accurate delivery date and time. I was kept up-to-date via text messages about when my order would be delivered. Fantastic. Products were good quality. Would highly recommend Trophy Store.
If Carlsberg did trophy services....
Top service from Trophy store, easy to order, updated through the whole process via text and email letting me know the status of the order, arrived exactly when they said it would and the trophies ordered were quality too.Cheers TS.
great service
the order was easy to make and when I asked for faster delivery they did everything they could to assist. The staff double checked with me to ensure that the engraving was correct and delivery was on the stated time. All together a fantastic service!
Excellent Trophies
I ordered two trophies from the Trophy Store with engravings. They both arrived in speedy time and great condition. Good value for money.
Excellent service
Everything arrived as expected. Good condition and well packaged. The pricing was very reasonable and the free engraving was much appreciated. Will definately use again in the future.
Good quality for price
Very quick delivery and items were exactly what were shown. Great quality for price will use the service again.
They deserve a trophy
I was pressed with rang, quality and price and they delivered on time. Great
Great badges, good service.
The librarian badges I ordered are good quality. The service was great and I was able to change the delivery date to suit me. I am only giving four stars because of the postage being per badge, there is no discount for multiple orders, making the price less competitive than it appears to be at first.
Very efficient and good quality and would definitely recommend
Excellent choice and quality of products are very good, prices are very competitive and postage costs are reasonable. Definitely recommend.
Very fast service, great trophies, many thanks
Very fast service, great trophies, many thanks
Terrific service - will remain on my "Must Shop Here" list!
The trophy was everything I expected it to be, lovely to look at and good value for money. Delivery was prompt and packaging secure. Would recommend for any society looking for sporting trophies.
Nice and easy
Simple to choose trophy and specify engraving. Good quality and speedy delivery. Delivery charge slightly pricey.
Excellent service start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. Good products at good prices. Will definitely use again in the future.
Man of the Match
Very pleased with price, contact and speed of delivery. Full marks all round.
Man of the Match Trophy
Very good all round service for a reasonable price. Delivery of the trophy fully engraved was recieved in a few days and just in time for the first game of the season. My only complaint would be that the some parts of the trophy are not stuck on that well and have a tendency to slip off or fall off.......superglue needed!
