Fantastic customer service. Breath of fresh air to deal with a company that puts the customers satisfaction first! Unfortunately i recieved a trophy which was damaged however the service provided after sale was so amazing and the swift responce along with complimantary Haribos to rectify the isuue outline just how much this organisation prides it self on prividing good customer care. Best part was the company asked me about feedback and without me asking for anything took it upon themselves to sort out the issue... just how it should be keep up the good work and im sure you will be an organisation in business for many years! Special thanks to Chris Farnsworth and and Christine who uave gone above and beyond. Defo recomend!
