Great company to order from
Great company to order from, Did say it would take over a week, I called in and asked if there was any chance of it being rushed and being with me within 3 days, The company were on it from the start and true to there words, I had the Trophy's ahead of time. Great high quality products as well and will defo use them again in the future. Thanks

Can not recommend enough
Can not recommend enough! TrophyStore exceeded my expectations in every way possible. The quality and price of the trophies were superb and the service first class. Despite a last minute order and cheeky request to turn the trophies around in 4 days, TrophyStore did exactly that. The service was exceptional and I will most certainly use them again. Thank you TrophyStore.

WIDE RANGE TO CHOSE FROM AND EASY TO USE SITE
Very easy to filter and search on specific trophies, a great range to choose from and being able to look at different sizes of the chosen trophy was really useful. The characters for the inscription were easy to use and the overall image to view the complete version before purchse was helpful. I'll be using this again for the next one I buy.

Repeat orders easy
Had my order details from last season so could reproduce the trophies. Easy to give new names to the sales person over the phone. Prompt delivery. Will be back again next year!
Responded amazingly well to a big (not TrophyStore's fault) problem with the carrier (DPD's fault)
Item perfect (perpetual engraved trophy). However, carrier (DPD) was a complete disgrace (not TrophyStore's fault) with DPD claiming that package HAD been delivered to me - at a time I was directly in front of the house - when it turns out it had been left OUTSIDE a house 5 minutes away!! DPD maintained it HAD been delivered to me!! Shocking. TrophyStore responded immediately, sympathetically and professionally, which was more than DPD were able to throughout the dismal and stressful saga, caused entirely by DPD. As a result, I will actively try to avoid ever using DPD again.
