First time Trophy Store (TS) user!
First time Trophy Store (TS) user; items looked good online and prices were reasonable, so decided I'd place an order. My problem was that I needed the item by a specific time and I hadn't given TS much of it. The following morning I received a call to say the item wasn't in stock but they would provide the higher priced version at no extra charge - brilliant, what more can I say. The trophy arrived spot on time as promised, the engraving was of very good quality and the trophy itself was great (Ryder Cup style). Thank you TS
