Trophy Store rose magnificently to the occasion
I needed a quality glass tankard with a personalised inscription - and I needed it to be delivered within a week. Trophy Store rose magnificently to the occasion. The tankard was a gift from four couples to a good friend retiring from the services. He was delighted. Thank you.
Excellent customer service
I needed to repeat an order from a year ago - and I didn't have all the details to hand and was struggling with the website. The customer service adviser was brilliant. She found the old order and filled in all the details for me and arranged the invoicing I needed. It all arrived perfectly. Excellent!

Great Customer Service
After my original order failed to arrive I chased up Trophy Store who informed me Royal Mail had indeed attempted to deliver but had failed to leave a card. The person I spoke to (Liam I believe) was extremely helpful and pointed me to the section of the Royal Mail site that allowed me to have the parcel redelivered and it arrived promptly the same afternoon! The trophy I requested was far better quality than I had expected and extremely well packaged and protected. I would certainly recommend their services to anyone looking for a specific product.
